Youth Economic empowerment

Access to finance

This program aims to promote information sharing on how to access finance to support income generating projects for young people to increase their economic capacity. It also promotes partnership with financial service providers to increase savings among the youth and to create financial products that are youth friendly.

Major achievements

For the last one year, the Ministry and the National Youth council has partnered with COOJAD and provided loans to 3,380 youth and 7,182 jobs created.
