People grow through exposure and interactions with others to share experiences, best practices and creativity and talents. The ministry promotes both personal and professional growth among young people through initiatives that bring them together with others to share lessons, experiences, best practices, talents etc. This program looks at both intra – inter states exchanges between young people.

341 Youth including 306 Rwandans and 100 of them from the Diaspora attended a 3 day conference to share experiences and learn from each other.

46 youth from commonwealth members states had 10 days conference and exchanged experience and shared knowledge in various areas concerning youth development especially promotion of sustainable peace.

120 youth from east Africa Members states under the framework of East Africa Youth Organization (EACYO) participated in the 17th commemoration of Genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda. They also exchanged ideas on how to strengthen east Africa youth network to ensure that youth plays an active role in sustainable development of the region. The participant to this event had an opportunity to be hosted by His Excellence the President of the Republic of Rwanda at Village Urugwiro.
